All vehicles used for delivery are brand new
All deliveries are insured
All drivers are certified by WCB
Existing furniture cannot be disassembled for delivery but unwanted items can be removed
Room of Choice service is available for a maximum of three rooms
White-glove service includes unpacking and transporting items up or down a maximum of two flights of stairs
Additional fees may apply for extraordinary delivery conditions
The White-glove delivery team is highly trained and equipped to assemble and install products on-site, using specialized equipment if needed.

Proof of Delivery

“it’s here requires Proof of Delivery (PoD) for all items, which must include a digital signature on the BOL or a photo. PoD serves as an acknowledgment that an order has successfully arrived or that a service has been completed. It is similar to a receipt and confirms that the delivery has been received and taken into possession. PoD ensures that the asset has arrived safely with proof, and can be in the form of digital signatures, a photo on delivery, or a signed BOL.

A photo on delivery confirms that the package has arrived safely and shows the location of the package. After shipping, customers can access documents on our system, including BOL and pictures of the goods upon arrival.
