User Manual Guide

The Scheduler Application is a strategic tool that enhances the efficiency of customer engagement, optimizes delivery appointment scheduling, and seamlessly integrates within It’s here delivery management application. The Scheduler app automaticaly sends SMS and email notifications to customers, alowing them to select delivery dates for distribution scheduling. This feature significantly reduces workload and creates a smoother communication process with customers.

How to schedule a new route for deliveries in It’s Here Delivery Scheduler Application?

Click on “Add Scheduler” button in header part of the Delivery Appointment Scheduler app.
Name new scheduler according to destination and date of planned delivery.
Set up number of weeks for delivery planner window in the Appointment Scheduler system.
Select Start date for delivery distributions to be scheduled.
Set up days of the week for deliveries to be scheduled for each separate week.

Select unavailable dates if needed. Unavailable dates are days no deliveries can be planned. (Ex. Holidays, warehouse off, etc.)
Select unavailable dates and press “Continue” for the delivery appointment scheduler to exclude those days.
Select number of days in advance and cutoff hour for delivery appointment scheduler to offer the most efficient dates to clients promoting quicker inventory turnover and efficient delivery planning.
Press “Create” button to add the new scheduler to the list.

How to add a new order in It’s here Delivery Appointment Scheduler App manually?

Click on “Add order” button in the “Order pool” window of the delivery distribution scheduler app.
Click “Add Manually” in the “Add new order” window.
Fill out details of the new order that needs to be scheduled for delivery.
Select the store this order belongs to if you have multiple merchant accounts.
Press “Submit”.
Your order has been added to the “Order pool”.

How to add a new order in It’s Here Delivery Scheduling App using Excel data Upload?

Click on “Add order” in the “Order pool” window of the delivery scheduler app.
Download the Excel template.
Fill out details of orders ready to be scheduled for delivery in the Excel template.
Press “Upload into Order Pool” once order details are added.
Review Order details in New order adding window of Delivery Scheduler.
Select the store this order belongs to if you have multiple merchant accounts.
Press “Upload”.
Your list of orders has been added to the “Order Pool” of It’s Here Delivery Scheduler Application.

How to select multiple orders filtered by criteria in the “Order pool”

Click on Search button in the “Order pool” window.
Input search criteria.
Once your orders are filtered by search criteria, click “Select”.
Press “Select All”.
All orders filtered by criteria in the “Order pool” are selected.

How to export order details from the “Order pool” in It’s Here Delivery Scheduler Application?

How to edit order in “Order pool”?

Select the order to update in the “Order pool”.
Click the “Update” button at the bottom of order details.
Update order details as needed in the Order details window.
Click “Submit”.
Order details updated.

How to delete order from “Order pool”?

How to retrieve an individual deleted order in the “Order pool”?

How to retrieve multiple deleted orders in the “Order pool”?

Click on the “Trash” button on top right corner of the “Order pool”.
Click on Search button and input your search criteria.
Click the “Select” button.
Click “Select All” button.
Press “Restore” button in the header of the “Order pool”.
Your multiple deleted orders filtered by your criteria have been restored.

How to add orders to the Scheduler in It’s Here Application?

In the “Order pool” search for orders that need to be scheduled.
Select all orders matching the chosen search criteria.
Click orange button with an arrow in header part of the “Order pool”
Select Delivery Appointment Scheduler matching destination/day of delivery. Press “Confirm”.
All selected orders were moved to the delivery appointment scheduler in “Not Offered” status
Click on “Manage” button in the distribution appointment scheduler.
Click “Select All”.
Click on “Send Offer” button for the delivery appointment scheduler app to automatically communicate availability of clients and plan distribution of orders accordingly.

Once clients have accepted the dates of delivery, orders move to “Accepted”.
Click “Manage” in the delivery appointment scheduler to view the delivery dates accepted by clients.
Select all entries accepted for certain date and click on “Create Route” button.
Provide a name for the new route and press “Assign to”.
New route for scheduled orders delivery has been created. Proceed to Routes.
Orders in the selected Delivery Appointment Scheduler are all “Drafted in Delivery App”.
