Drivers: users who provide delivery services including pickup services, drop-off services which may include furniture assembly.

Dispatchers: users who set up details for deliveries. These can be the customers who are setting up delivery on behalf of a business or individuals who set up delivery for their personal needs.

When our business customers schedule deliveries for third-party recipients, such as their clients, we may collect information pertaining to those recipients, including their name, contact information, and address details, as well as other relevant data required to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the shipment.

Data Collection and Uses

The data we collect

1. data provided by users, such as during account or route creation
2. data created during use of our services, such as location, app usage, and device data
3. data from other sources, such as other users or account owners, Vendors, and financial solution providers, and Governmental authorities

Data provided by users:

• User profile information:  This information would be collected during sign-up/sign-in processes. Information might include user’s name, email, profile/business Name, phone numbers, profile picture, address, payment or banking information (along with related payment verification information) and user settings. In case of “driver” users, we might collect: driver’s license or other government issued documents, vehicle or insurance information, and banking information to set up auto-deposit when compensating drivers for their delivery services.
• Background check information (driver users): This includes information submitted by the drivers during sign up process such as: prior driving history or criminal record (where permitted by law), license status and a right to work. This information may be collected by an authorized vendor on it’s here’s behalf.

Data created during use of it’s here Delivery:

• Location Data:
  • Driver: Location data, either precise or approximate, is acquired from drivers’ and delivery persons’ mobile devices while the it’s here app is in use, either in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen).
  • Dispatcher: Location data, either precise or approximate, is acquired from mobile or computer (via browser) devices while the it’s here app is in use, either in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen).
• Transaction information: We collect transaction information related to the use of our services, including the type of services requested or provided. We also collect information from users during route creation process, order creation or import (such as Order Pool feature), driver review, support forms, and chat communication between dispatchers and drivers including texts, images and other file formats. Such information may include order details such as delivery address, recipient’s name, recipient’s contact information (phone number and/or email), item descriptions, item weight, item volume, delivery type (front-door, furniture assembly, back-door) and delivery date. Note: the recipient’s information might be different from dispatcher’s (such cases would be common when dispatcher uses it’s here Delivery for business purposes such as e-commerce of logistics operation)
• Device data: We collect data about the devices used to access our services such as the hardware models (to identify which app to serve if accessing via browser)

How we utilize personal data

To provide our services: It’s here uses the collected data to provide our services. These services are:

• sign in and sign up
• update existing profile information
• create and schedule delivery routes (for Dispatchers)
• processing payments
• to match and assign deliveries to available drivers
  • using location data (for drivers) to track an ongoing delivery as well as providing ETAs (for dispatchers)
  • data sharing; to show delivery details to drivers as well as driver details to dispatchers
• facilitate invoicing and other financial solutions
• provide users with order details, delivery updates, and notify of any changes in our policy

Safety and Security. We collect and verify driver accounts via background checks to eliminate any chance of missing package or any kind of tampering with shipments. We further require drivers to collect signatures during delivery and take pictures as assurance that packages were delivered safely.

Customer Support. it’s here Delivery uses submitted support forms to escalate issues to appropriate departments, resolve customer issues and improve our services.

Communication between users. When drivers are picking up or dropping off the packages, they might need to verify or validate addresses with the dispatchers to provide swift delivery. In such cases, users can communicate via phone calls or using our in app messaging system.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose your information to third parties in certain circumstances, including:

• To our partners, such as delivery providers or payment processors, to provide our services to you.
• To our affiliates and subsidiaries, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
