No. The system relies on real-time visibility to update inventory and validate barcodes against the central WMS instantly. While this ensures you never double-ship an item, it does require a stable internet connection to function. We recommend having a backup cellular hotspot for your packing stations if your warehouse Wi-Fi is unreliable.

2. Do I need to buy specific barcode scanners to use the "scan-to-pack" automation?

Not necessarily. The system is designed for barcode-based packing workflows, but it typically supports standard USB or Bluetooth scanners that act as keyboard inputs.
