User Manual
Fulfillment WMS is an advanced application designed for optimized management of product receipt, delivery, and meticulous tracking, organization, and distribution of your inventory. It simplifies your operations with efficiency and precision, and integrates seamlessly with it’s here delivery management application.

Dashboard
Check the warehouse and order statistics
- Choose the warehouse from the dropdown menu and select the date range
Warehouse
Warehouse List
Add a warehouse

Click on “Warehouse → Warehouses List” on the left sidebar of the
application. - Click the “+” button on the top left of the application.

In the “Add warehouse” window, fill out all the required information and
click “Save”. - Done! You have created a new warehouse.
See warehouse details
- Search the warehouse name you are looking for.
- Click on the warehouse you want to see the details of.
- Done! You can now see the general information of the warehouse and its list of stock locations.
Edit warehouse details
- On the warehouse listing, navigate to and click on the three dots icon at the top right corner of the warehouse.
- Click “Edit”. It will open up the same window as for creating a warehouse with the current details.
- After making changes, click “Save”.
Delete a warehouse
- On the warehouse listing, navigate to and click on the three dots icon at the top right corner of the warehouse.
- On the options menu, click “Delete”.
NOTE: You can only delete the warehouses only before the first receiving. You CANNOT delete the warehouse that already has a receipt or shipment order assigned to it.

Storage Packaging
Add a storage package
- Click on “Warehouse → Storage Packaging” on the left sidebar of the application.
- Click the “Create New Type” button on the top left of the application.
- In the “Create New Type” window, fill out all the required information and click “Add Type”.
- Done! You have created a new package type.
Edit storage package
- Search the storage package type you are looking for.
- Click on the “Edit” button of the package type you want to see the details of.
- Done! You can now see the general information of the package type and its list of stock locations.
Delete storage package
- On the storage package listing, navigate to and click on the “Delete” icon at the storage package you want to delete.
- Confirm delete by pressing the “Delete” button in confirmation window.
Stock locations
Stock Location List
Add a stock location
- Click on “Stock Locations → Stock Location List” on the left sidebar of the application.
- Click on the “+ Create New SL” button.
- Fill out the input fields and click on the “Add Stock Location” button.
- Congratulations! You’ve created your stock locations.
NOTE: if you don’t have a stock location type, there will be an option to add a new one in the dropdown menu.
NOTE: You can also add stock location from the Warehouse Details page.
See stock location details
- Click on one of the stock locations.
- You will see the stock location’s description and list of products that it contains.
Edit stock location
- Navigate and click on the “Edit” icon on the stock location you want to edit
- Click “Confirm” to save the changes
Delete stock location
- Navigate to and click on the “Delete” icon at the stock location you want to delete.
- Confirm delete by pressing the “Delete” button in confirmation window.

Stock Location Types
Add Stock Location Type
- In “Stock Location Types” under the “Stock Locations” tab, click on “Create New SL Type”.
- Fill out the details for the new SL type.
- Click “Add Type”.
NOTE: Before assigning storage package to a SL type, you need to create at least 1 storage package.
Edit Stock Location Type
- Search the stock location type you want to edit
- Click on the “Edit” button on the right side of the Stock Location Type you want to edit.
- Update the details.
- Click “Confirm”.
Delete Stock Location Type
- Search the stock location type you want to delete
- Click on the “Delete” icon on the right side of the stock location type you want to delete.
- To confirm deletion, click “Delete”.
Product
Add a product
- Click on “Products” on the left sidebar of the application.
- Click on “+Add” .
- Import excel sheet of products or fill the add product form and click on “Add”
Check product details
- Click on one of the products on the list.
- You will see the general product details, and the Product Package Type list created during the product creation.
Edit or delete the product
- Navigate to the “Delete” or “Edit” options on the right side of the product details page
- Click “Edit” to change the product details or “Delete” to delete the desired product.
Receipt Orders
and Receiving Process
Create a receipt order
- Click on “New Receipt Order” on the left sidebar of the application.
- You can import excel sheet for the receipt or you can fill the form and create it manually.
- fill out the form and click “Continue”.
Add products to receipt order
- After filling the form, you can add products to the receipt order by selecting them on the left side products menu.
- If you need to add new products, click on the “New Product” button on top of products menu.
- When you are done adding products, click on the “Continue” button.
- When you click “Continue”, you will see the window which can be filled or skipped depending on your choice.
Edit or delete order details
- In the Order Details page, click “Edit” or “Delete” to edit or delete the desired order.
Start the receiving process
- Click “Start Receiving” to initiate the receiving process. Once “Clicked”, the orders cannot be changed.
Receive products
- Select a product from the list and click on the “Recieve”.
- Enter received quantity.
- Select the stock location.
- If the “SL” is occupied already, you can select an empty one or create a new position for the current one. To create a new position, simply type and click “Create”.
- Click “Receive”.
- Repeat the same process for all expected products.
- Once every product was received, click “Complete Receiving” on the top right corner which opens a report window.
- Confirm the report and the receiving process is completed.
Check receipt order details
- You can check the receiving information at a later date by opening the order details and clicking the “Receiving Details” button.
- You can check your inventory after completing the receiving process.
Shipment orders
and picking process
Create a shipment order
NOTE: You can create a new shipment order in all shipment order–related pages.
- Click on the “New Shipment Order” n the left sidebar of the application.
- You can “Add Manually” or “Import Excel” the whole order details and the product list.
- After filling out the required fields, click “Continue”.

Next, you need to add the products to be shipped and their quantity. You have 2 options to do so:
+ Use “Excel Import” feature
+ To Add Manually, navigate to the inventory list, click on the desired product(s) -> Select the package type -> Navigate to the Quantity form -> Enter quantity -> Click “Add”
NOTE: Repeat this step for all products.
- Click “Continue”.
- Add Attachments if needed.
- Select Warehouse. Select the warehouse that contains the items you need to ship.
- Click “Confirm”.
- Repeat the same process for each product and product type.
NOTE: Make sure you select the right Package Type!

See shipment order list and order details
- After confirming your shipment orders, you will be navigated to the Shipment orders list.
- Click on the order which you want to see details of.
Set up a picking list
- In the “Shipment” tab of the application, click on “Operations Orders” which contains your newly placed orders and orders with picking in process.
- Find the newly created order from the list and assign it to a warehouse associate which can be found under the “Assigned To” column.
- Click “Create Picking List”.
How to set up picking list
- In the setup picking page, select the shipment order item (product) from shipment order items menu.
- Click “Pick” once an item is ready to be picked.
- When picking, if there is no inventory for the given item, choose “There is not enough inventory” and provide the reason for that.
- After picking everything, click “Complete Picking”.
In case of shortages
- Click “Finalize the order and ignore shortages”: if you accept the shortage
- Click “Finalize the order and create another order for shipping shortages”: if you want to create another shipment order for the shortage items. The order will be created automatically.
NOTE: If you selected a “Delivery” option when creating the order, you will see the list of your Shipping Partners. Simply select one and the order will be completed
