Initial Setup of It’s here Sorting Application

Complete the business profile by adding company name, address and business logo.
Add hub (warehouse) information to the system.
Add addresses to the Address book in the bookmarks.
Add your custom services to the platform in the bookmarks.
Invite your drivers, add them to the system.
Create Merchant accounts for your customers in the system (keeps accounts separate, which will ease operation and invoicing)
Add your team members and provide access based on their access level they are authorized to.

How to work with it’s here Delivery Sorting Software?

Upload order details as a Manifest or Barcodes list in the It’s here Sorting application.
Sorting application automatically processes your deliveries by status, address, date.
Sorting app Merge feature allows to automatically merge all deliveries for corresponding recipients by matching name/address data in the manifest uploaded and placing deliveries for the same client in one order.
Orders ready for shipment are seamlessly moved to the order pool within It’s here application.
From the order pool all orders ready for delivery can be scheduled and assigned to route.

How to Upload a new Excel manifest in Sorting App?

On the main page of It’s here application click on Sorting Hub WMS feature button.
Once you enter the Sorting feature of It’s here application, click on “WMS Manifests” button in the side bar of the application.
Select a merchant account you would like to upload manifest for.
Click on “+” button in the header part of the Sorting Hub WMS application.
The Manifest Import window will open allowing the user to upload data.
Download Orders template.

Confirm manifest details are correct by clicking “Upload” button. Note: At this step user is able to see number of merges automatically made by the Sorting solution of It’s here app. Auto merging feature allows the user to optimize deliveries for same name/address in the manifest by combining them in one order and making sure all individual deliveries in one order are stored and delivered at once.
Manifest has been uploaded to the Sorting application.

How to Upload an Excel barcodes document in Sorting App?

In the It’s here Sorting application, click on “WMS Manifests” button in the side bar of the application.
Select a merchant account you would like to upload barcodes for.
Click on “+” button in the header part of the Sorting Hub WMS application.
The Manifest Import window will open allowing the user to upload data.
Download Barcodes template.
Fill out details in Barcodes Excel template to create a new Barcodes file.
Upload your Barcodes file to the Sorting solution of It’s here application.
Your Barcodes information has been uploaded to the system and added to details of matching orders.

How to filter orders in Sorting solution of It’s here Application by delivery state?

How to see details of an individual order uploaded in Sorting solution of It’s here application?

Click on the “Inbound” button on the sidebar of the Sorting application.
Filter all manifests by typing the details of the order in Search window in header part of It’s here Sorting app. Details can be name/order number/phone number etc.
Click on “Details” button next to the order you need to review details of.
Order details window will appear showing complete history of logs, changes of status, barcode and other details of the order.

How to make changes to details of each individual order in Sorting application?

Click on the “Inbound” button on the sidebar of the Sorting application.
Filter all manifests by typing the details of the order in Search window in header part of the Sorting application. Details can be name/order number/phone number etc.
Click on “Details” button next to the order you need to review details of.
Order details window will appear showing complete history of logs, changes of status, barcode and other details of the order.

How to delete an individual order from Inbound orders list in It’s here Sorting Application?

Open order details of an order you need to delete.
Click on the “Delete order” button in right header part of the Order details window.
Confirm order delete by pressing the “Delete Order” button in confirmation window of the Sorting application.
Order has been deleted and no longer appears in the system.

How to delete a manifest in the sorting solution of It’s here delivery management application?

Click on “WMS Manifests” button in sidebar of Sorting solution of It’s here delivery management app.
Click on the “litter bin” icon on the right side of Manifest you would like to delete.
Confirm deletion of a manifest by clicking “Delete Manifest” button.
Manifest has been deleted from “WMS Manifests”.
Order details of deleted manifest no longer appear in “Inbound orders”.

How to view orders filtered by order state in It’s here Sorting solution of It’s here delivery management application?

Click on “Inbound” button in the sidebar of the Sorting solution of It’s here delivery management application.
Click on “All States” button to view list of states to choose from for as your filter criteria.
Select your filter criteria state. Example: “Processed”.
All “processed” orders appear in Inbound orders list.

How to add stock locations information in It’s here sorting application?

Select “Stock locations” button in the sidebar of It’s here Sorting application.
Click on “+” button in header part of the application.
Fill out details of stock location as name and unit type and click “Create SL”.
New stock location has been added to It’s here sorting app stock locations.

How to assign a stock location within a warehouse for a certain order in It’s here sorting application?

Select “Inbound” line in sidebar of It’s here sorting application to view all inbound orders.
Choose a stock location in line of the order you need to assign to a stock location.
When an SL has been previously assigned to other orders, user needs to differentiate orders by assigning to a certain location within the SL.
Enter a specific location within a stock location and press “Confirm” button.
Stock location has been assigned.

How to view orders assigned to a certain Stock location in It’s here Sorting application?

Select “Stock locations” in sidebar of Sorting solution of It’s here delivery management.
Click on an arrow on right side of the stock location next to number of orders highlighted in orange.
View details of stock location and orders assigned to it as overall quantity, Volume, weights and details of each individual order in SL.

How to distinguish order states in It’s here Sorting application?

Expected Arrival is a state where the order details are uploaded in the system and all items in the order are awaited arrival to the warehouse.

Partially arrived is a state of the order when some items in the order partially arrived to the warehouse and remaining items are awaited.

Arrived is an order state when all items within a particular order have arrived to the warehouse.

Validated state of order processing on Sorting solution of It’s here app covers orders that have arrived in the warehouse fully and have been validated by warehouse employees to be placed in right stock locations.

Partially Validated a state when part of items of the order have arrived and been validated in the warehouse.

Shipped out state of order in It’s here sorting app applies to orders that have been assigned to a certain route and can be located in Delivery solution of It’s here delivery management application.
